Collection: Classes

Each 60-minute long session caters for all ages and fitness levels and focuses on improving your functional fitness by putting emphasis your cardio, strength and endurance.
We use functional movements such as box jumps, burpees, rowing, pushing and pulling to build strength as well as condition our bodies.
We work on weight training throughout each session building our technique and strength through a programmed approach.
Our classes are programmed so that we can cater to a range of abilities, from beginners to advanced levels to ensure your individual needs are met and you reach your specific goals whilst in a supportive fun atmosphere
